2. Account Registration & Security
To create an account on fg99, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Each individual may only hold one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential — these must not be shared with anyone. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the fg99 support team immediately. fg99 may request a National ID, passport, or other identity documents for account verification at any time, and failure to provide them within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension. Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the fg99 platform, you must refrain from any illegal activity, fraud, hacking, phishing, or anything that disrupts the platform's normal operation. Using the platform to harass, intimidate, or harm other users is strictly prohibited. You may not use bots, automated software, or scripts in any attempt to manipulate the system. Abusing promotions or bonuses — including through multiple accounts or false information — will be treated as fraud. fg99 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action. 4. Payments & Transaction Information (BDT)
All financial transactions on fg99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and can be deposited or withdrawn via popular mobile banking services such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. When making a deposit, you must follow the correct amount and specified method — fg99 will not be liable for any transaction made with incorrect information or through the wrong payment channel. Withdrawals require completed account verification and must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold. If a withdrawal is attempted before satisfying the wagering requirements attached to a promotional bonus, fg99 reserves the right to void that bonus. If money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected, fg99 will immediately suspend the relevant account and report it to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law. All transaction records are stored on fg99's servers and will serve as conclusive evidence in the event of any dispute.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fg99 makes every effort to keep its platform running continuously, securely, and without errors. Under no circumstances will fg99's total liability exceed the account balance held by the affected user at the time of the incident. fg99 is not liable for any loss resulting from a user's own mistakes, carelessness, or negligence. fg99 is not responsible under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These liability limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content, logos, trademarks, graphics, software, designs, and other materials published on the fg99 website are the exclusive property of fg99 or its licensors.
